Recently our clients were at their Non Lucrative Visa interview made by Covered at a UK consulate with all the correct documents and insurance.
When presenting the health insurance the consulate suddenly decided that they wanted the insurance to start on the date the clients were moving to Spain.
Despite the insurance only being issued a few weeks earlier, as close to the date as possible the consulate wanted it changed. This change came without warning and is not mentioned in the written visa criteria.
So Covered got on the case immediately and had the insurance cover extended and documents to prove, sent to the consulate by email on behalf of our clients the very next day.
The visas were granted and the clients did not even have to return to the consulate to give the new documents, all done by Covered.
